1. Eligibility

  • Blue Light Card holders: The scheme is open exclusively to customers who hold a valid Blue Light Card.

  • Proof of membership: Customers must present their Blue Light Card at the time of purchase or booking.

  • Personal use only: Discounts apply to personal vehicle services and products, not fleet or commercial accounts.

2. Discount Offer

  • Discount rate: Eligible customers will receive 10% off tow bar fitting and selected accessories.

  • Applicable products: The discount applies to tow bars, cycle carriers, and installation services.

  • Exclusions: The discount does not apply to sale items, special promotions, or third‑party products.

3. Redemption

  • In‑store and online: Discounts can be redeemed at Derby Tow Bars premises or via online booking.

  • Non‑transferable: The discount is for the cardholder only and cannot be shared or transferred.
